General Care Tips

• Remove jewellery before bathing, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
• Apply perfume, hairspray and lotions before putting on your jewellery.
• Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or lined box to prevent scratches.
• Avoid exposing jewellery to harsh chemicals, including household cleaners.
• Wipe gently with a soft, lint-free cloth after each wear to remove oils and moisture.

Gold-Plated Jewellery

Gold plating gives your jewellery its beautiful finish, but it can wear over time. To keep the plating looking its best: avoid wearing pieces in the shower, pool or while exercising. Remove jewellery before applying lotions, perfume or hand sanitiser. Wipe gently with a dry soft cloth after each wear — do not soak or scrub, as this can strip the plating.

Stone & Crystal Pieces

For pieces set with stones or crystals, clean gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid submerging in water, and take care not to knock stones against hard surfaces. Store these pieces separately to prevent scratches.

Storage Tips

Store each piece separately in a soft pouch or the box it came in. Keep jewellery away from direct sunlight, heat and humidity. Avoid storing multiple pieces together, as they can tangle or scratch each other.
